John - I don't think he plans to ship them out until after the 12th according to him. You could always put a vacation hold on your mail if you drop by your post office, they just need to see your addy and confirm that.

As for the additional price break, if the over all GB reaches 100 then I think he'll kick it down some, but AFAIK, he's only making a very slim profit from this GB. I've got this GB going on 2 other forums not including this one and he has it going on other Nissan forums as well. I'll try to get a hold of him and see what he can do about the added price reduction.

to get the $130 price it has to be ordered by the 12th???? Cuz payday is on the 12th and I really want to order one but cant till that day.

You can order it by that date for the GB price, but you won't be billed until a later date.

I think I mentioned it earlier, but wattora.com. Not sure if there were any takers or not.

 

OK guys, there were some questions about when the SG would be sent and when you would be charged, I got some "new" info from John at SoCal Motorsports. He says he is placing the order on January 15, and will ship them the day he receives them. The group buy is not over until January 12, and he needs to wait until he knows exactly how many to order. This isn't an item he has ever sold before, so he is just ordering exactly how many units are sold. Credit cards won't be charged until January 15 either. Hope that answers most of the questions.

OK, more updated info:

Hello Allen,

If/When we hit the 100 mark I am going to give all GB participants a $10 credit on their next (non eBay) purchase. The price break was only $2 and change if we went over the 100 mark.

Not sure of the total yet, but we'll have a better idea tomorrow.
