Yes it is complete except for the U bolts and shocks. Condition is good meaning it is all hard parts and nothing to wear out. We just removed it and put in a box so it could use some cleaning and paint.

No I am from the southern part of the satet. I will up at Redbird June 3rd though. I do venture up to the Badlands a few times a year.
