FS: 82 Supra AFM for 22RE

This AFM was hard to come by and one of the best things I could have done to my engine. I'm selling it and the K&N cone filter attached to it. This package is everything you need to plug and go to your 22re. I'll post some info below but wiser heads than mine will best tell you if it will work for your specific application. I can tell you on my 86 22re, there was nothing to do but fit it to my stock tube, and secure it to the bottom of my air box.

The AFM from a 5M-GE 2.4 equipped 1982 Supra will fit truck and 4runner 22RE motors. They are plug and play and have a 3" opening which is a full inch increase from the truck/4runner AFM size. They run just fine on stock 22re motors with improved performance at high RPMs or WOT with no modifications. However on a modified 22re like mine was, with cam, head work, header and exhaust, its almost mandatory to get rid of the giant restriction of the stock AFM. If you take the top off of the supra AFM you will see that the internals are identical to the 22re meters with the acceptation that the door/flap has a slightly stiffer spring.

My picture is too big for the forum to host but just shoot me an email at sefusworldwide@hotmail.com with offers and I can send the pic over to you. Feel free to post questions on this thread. Asking $60 plus shipping.

Yes direct plug and play for 22re, shoot me an email at sefusworldwide@hotmail.com if you want to pick it up.

If I saw three AFM's from 82 supras, I'd buy them all just to get them out to us truck/4runner guys. Amazing gains.
