FS: 20" wheels
as many of you know i totaled my 4runner last week. i took my wheels and figured i would just see if anybody was interested. they are 20" konig coastal wheels they are black with silver machined accents in the spokes. not a bling bling rim but a very nice look. they have tires on them now but they are a fairly low profile as far as trucks go, i think they would look awesome with a nice big tire (this was my plan). anyway the rims and tires are both only three months old and didn't get damaged in the accident. i would like $1,100 for both, local pickup only.

Can you be honest with me and describe the ride? I want to get 20's but people tell me otherwise, stating that I am going to get a whole lot of wheel vibration etc. My rig is used as a daily driver and mostly highway, I travel 80 mph for a long time and want a smooth ride.
Thanks for your insight. I am interested in your wheels and tires.

i used to have 20s and the ride wasnt that bad but i had 265/50/20's that come out to be around 31 inches on my 4runner. the gas milage is a big diff.(way worse) though and the acceleration changes big time(a lot slower cuase of the weight). anyways i sold them and went to some bfg's waiting a lift. i like that look much better. just my .02. hope that helped.
p.s. it is a good price on 20's
p.s. it is a good price on 20's

i have to say almost exactly the same. my gas mileage sufford from 20ish to about 14-15mpg. i believe the tires are the same size as the above not home now to reference but i kept my air pressure up due to the potholes and my ride got substancially more rough. but i loved the way it looks. either way just an honest reply

Not too mention braking is affected by to the tune of another 15 feet or so from 60mph which is a big diff (tested a while back on some TV show I saw on Spike TV) and really taxes the stock 3rd gen's brakes. Big wheels do nothing to enhance performance when you are that far over than what the stock vehicle was designed for.

gotta bump these up, i was saving them for my friend with a nissan pickup but we tried them today and they dont fit(it was the pickup that looks like a pathfinder from the front)
