A handling charge is warrented and is his perogative to charge! If you dont like it TOUGH, find another seller.

Packing peanuts or bubble wrap is about 8 to 10 bux, pending where you get it, and a NEW cardboard box is going to run about 5-10 for several of them in a unit package. Tape is at bare minimum 3 bux. Don't believe me? Go to your local supercenter walmart and price everything... Incidentally you do NOT want to ship using old cardboard boxes, because they have lost over 70% of their rigidity in shipping and are highly prone to tear open or collapse.

So yeah I can COMPLETELY understand a handling charge, however most of those of us who sell a lot of stuff incorporate a handling charge into the actual price, then lump shipping on top of that from our shipping account.

The first time you go to sell something on ebay and actually do, you will understand, that is if you actually pay attention to how much money you make after all expenses...and after all the stupid bs lowball offers you'll get...

Since YOU chose to reply IN this tread instead of PMing me, I will do the same. IF in the future you want to reply to me may I suggest you PM me.

All I said was to be careful. I told a truthful story of what happened. HE is the one that was embarrassed by HIS behavior. That's why HE erased the thread I have in my signature.

I understand it's his perogative I didn't say it wasn't.And I DID find another seller. BUT if you saying it costs 10bux of bubble wrap, 10 bux of boxes and 3 bux of tape to ship ball joint spacers that are billet aluminum and weigh LESS that 2 pounds YOU have less sense than I previously gave you credit for.

however most of those of us who sell a lot of stuff incorporate a handling charge into the actual price
This makes sense. Instead of agreeing on a price + shipping THEN saying, 'Oh by the way bend over for another $25.'

Grow up. If you don't like the offers YOU get find other buyers.

This is just MY experience with Yotaman I hope yours is better.
This is part of my 1st post. I made no attempt to attack Yotaman or you. I just wanted to tell about the experience I had with Yotaman. Thats part of privilege and responsibility of being a Yotatech member. YOU chose to have a tirade.

First off I think you need to calm down there bub. No temper tantrum of any type above there. Just because I didnt sprinkle dozens of winking faces amidst my reply doesnt mean Im pissed.

I can totally relate to what the guy is saying though, for when I sold my zapco 9.0s people were lowballing the hell out of me for 1/16 of what they were worth. That kind of behavior gets really old really really fast.

Now a handling fee for spacers of 25 seems a little high but if the guy is shipping enough stuff he may just have a rule for 25 dollar handlinge fee. Some stuff will run well over 50 to get materials for, other stuff may not. For BJ spacers 12 bux should cover it to be properly packed pending their overall size and shape. That means he's making 12 bux on the handling which as they say, time is money......

Now does that make him a bad seller necessitating your first post and all of this?

I dont think so, hence my posts here in his defense from a fellow online seller....

First off I don't think you know what reply in PM means.

I NEVER said he was a bad seller...all I did was share my experience. Why do you have such a problem with my telling people to be careful.
AND
I hoped others experience was better.

Nothing I said made your post and all of your subsequent posts necessary. YOU should have sent them to me via PM. All this was YOUR choice.

Contact a MOD if you need help learning how to PM.

You've been attacking me every time you have the chance. Why don't you GROW UP and let this ˟˟˟˟˟ go. If I had taken your money you would have had all the reason in the world to continue to post ˟˟˟˟˟ in every one of my for sale ads. I DID NOT TAKE A DIME FROM YOU AND I DID NOT DECEIVE YOU IN ANYWAY.

We agreed on a price and I was going to honor that price but then you started on this ˟˟˟˟˟ about shipping. I simply decided I did not want to mess with you so I simply decided it was not worth my time to sell you the item.

I gave you a price that included the item (BJ Spacers and Shocks) and shipping. You agreed to the price. Then you started on this ˟˟˟˟˟ about wanting to mail me a UPS shipping label so I could just put it on my box. What you may not know is that UPS needs the box dimensions and weight so they can give you a shipping price. I did not want to mess with this so I simply did not take your money and did not sell you the item. And just for you "thefreqofnature" try asking Amazon.com or SummitRacing.com (which by the way summitracing.com charges a $10.95 handle charge for every order) to do this. I guarantee you they will laugh at you and tell you they can not.

To possible buyers of my items. Just so everyone knows, this is how I do business: 1. I agree to a price. 2. I get a general (estimate) shipping price based on guessed (I rough measure the item and try to weight it the best I can) box dimensions and item weight. That is the price I give you for shipping. If it's more I eat it, if it's less I just figure it pays for my time to go to "THE UPS STORE" to get a box and package the item (I don't just have new boxes laying around waiting to be used and they're not free, like "thefreqofnature" would like to think. They DO cost money.), plus if PayPal is used it helps with the 2.9% and 30 cents they charge to take your money. If you think this out of line, please do not waste my time and don't waste your time by contacting me, because frankly there are plenty of people out there who understand how this works. I know, I've sold hundreds of items on the internet, lot's of them over a $1000 and have hundreds of happy customers.

Hell just ask some of the people on this board that I have wheeled with if I'm not a upstanding guy that tries to help people when I can.

I don't think you do either. If you have such a problem with me why don't you handle it in a professional manner? Your post make it sound like I took your money "which I did not".

I see nothing wrong with someone trying to stand up and telling you to chill out on the issue.

Your just crying now because someone else has disagreed with you too. Thats what started this whole matter. Me disagreeing to sell you some $100 spacers.

"thefreqofnature",

I'm done with this issue once in for all. If you want to continue to cry in my threads you just go right ahead and make your post numbers rise with pointless post. I will not be responding to anymore of your pointless posts.

Have a good day sir,
Greg Bennett

EDIT: To the moderators of Yotatech and others. My objective in my first post was to inform the members of Yotatech about a bad experience I had with Yotaman. NOT to attact Yotaman. NOT to tell others to not buy from him. NOT to hold myself above him. ONLY to share and warn others of MY experience. Feel free to erase all my posts in this thread if I have broken Yotatech rules.
