I have a 1990 4Runner. I did a 3.0 to 22RE swap in it. It is a 5spd. I was planning to build it up but the need for more of a daily driver came about. (i.e. the 1997 LTD I bought). So this one is up for sale. The chasis has just over 200K on it, but the engine/tranny only have 165K. The gauges were pulled from the donor vehicle so they say 165K. I pulled them so that the rpm's were correct. Plus I was planning on keeping it for a while so I was more concerned with the motors miles than the rest. The thing runs strong (well as strong as a stock 22RE can). I have put about 2K on it since the swap. Starts right up every time.

(basically everything above was from engbldr's kit)
New oil pan gasket
New clutch
New belts
Sunroof works great
Rear window works great
Sliders

Paint isn't bad for a 17 yr old vehicle

Extra gas tank installed, just not hooked up.

The bad:

No A/C. Everything is there except the compressor, 22RE didn't have one.
Cruise control isn't hooked up, you would need the longer cable for the 22RE
