Don't want to sell but can't keep two 4Runners. 88 V6 5 spd. 236 K miles. Runs and drives great. I've owned it 6 years and it had 196K miles on it when I bought it. When I first got it I replaced the timing belt, water pump, cam seals, front and rear main seals, and clutch. So those parts have about 40k miles on them. I just recently put new OME Dakar rear springs and front torsion bars. The t-bars are cranked up and it has about 2" of lift all around. Shocks are Rancho 5000's that are about 2 years old. I also replaced upper and lower ball joints and all control arm bushings(Toyota rubber, not Poly). It has Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo tires 265/70/16 on Tacoma TRD wheels. Tires have lots of tread left. Interior is clean, but shows some wear. A few tears in driver's seat and a crack in the dash are most visible. Has Sony radio w/removable face piece. CD player doesn't work but radio is fine. Stock speakers. Windshield has some rock chips in it. I have maintained this vechicle pretty well as it has been my daily driver for the past 6 years.
Known problems at this time are the AC compressor is shot, so AC is out. Passenger side inside CV boot has cracked and is leaking grease. All the boots look pretty bad and new CV axles are probably due. It has an oil leak at the rear of the engine which I'm pretty sure is from the rear main seal. Other than that, no major problems that I am aware of. Like I said this has been my daily driver, so I have done my best to keep it in shape. I also have a Kayline/STC soft top for it. The top is in good shape but has a small tear in the back window and one of the back snaps has pulled out of the fabric. I would like to get $3700 for it. I'm in the Austin, Tx area.
