Maybe this should be considered parts but here goes. This was a running driving truck until a couple of months ago when my buddy blew the HG. I acquired it as part of a trade for my Jeep. It has about 270K on it. Since buying it I have replaced the broken passenger turn signal lens and the shifter which he had broken. I also purchased a carbed 22R out of a 1985 Yota truck to swap the EFI stuff onto. I have removed most of the EFI parts from the 4Runner and the engine is basically ready to be pulled. I bought a bunch of ENGBLDR parts to freshen up the 22R motor before swapping it in. This included a complete timing chain set, a new water pump, oil pump, timing cover and complete gasket set. I have replaced the timing chain and water pump. This truck would make an awesome wheeler or with a little work it could be back on the road in no time. I just have too much going on right now I can get some pictures later if anybody is interested. I'm in Grantville, PA.

 

how is the frame/rust situation?

 

I trimmed the front fenders and planned on tubs for the rear. I also have another set of rims. There are 2 spots of rust on the frame both on the drivers rail that I am aware of. The one is up front near the swaybar and the other is at the back near the front rear spring perch.

 

Wish I was closer.....

 

Pennsylvania??? Hell, it might as well be in China...That's like 3,500 miles from me, and that's about 3000 miles too far for me. Good luck on the sale. If you were to sell that thing in California, you could have that thing sold for $800 tomorrow.

 

How far are you from the I-81, I-78 split?

I live like 5 minutes from exit 80 on 81 so probably about 10 mile from the split. Oh and it is 5spd. I'll get pics later.

 

Couple more pics. Passenger side rail seems solid, drivers side has a spot in the rear (pictured) and the front.

 

New price $500 cash takes it home. Somebody has to want some usable parts....
