I am looking at buying some wheels from a guy on Craigslist. The listing says that the size is 15X8, 6 on 5.5 and 4'' BS and I am wandering, will these wheels fit my 2002 SR5 4Runner? Also, I recently installed a 3" lift and I would like to move up to 33X12.5R15's, will these wheels be wide enough to fit the 12.5's or do I need to go with a wider wheel? Thanks in advance!

Edit: Your already running 15's so you should be fine, if anything you may need wheel spacers. Especially putting a 12.5" tire on an 8" rim, your gonna have more tire bulge on a 15x8

Yeah I currently have the stock 15X7's rims and I am running 31X10.5's without any issues at all so hopefully i can fit the 33X12.5's. Worst case scenario, I would just go with 33X10.5's.

So I found out from the seller that the wheels are Unique steel wheels from Discount Tire:

Does anyone have any experience with Unique wheels? I have never heard of them so I'm not sure what the quality is like. I checked out their website and they do have a lifetime warranty but I'm still a little hesitant...Discount Tire sells them for $70 each ($280 total) but the guy is selling them on Craigslist for $150 and they are only 2 weeks old and have no damage whatsoever! I just don't know if I can pass up the opportunity...Let me know what you think!

If you want cheap wheels take a look at these. They are a very popular style as well.

I know its popular but his stock rims are 15x7 and he is going to a 15x8 and that paired with the extra tire bulge of a 12.5" tire on an 8" rim may not clear the upper A-arm. My point was that he may need wheel spacers to run a 15x8 wheel.

Hmmm another thing to consider....If I do need spacers I would just need them up front right? I would think that the back shouldn't have any issues because there aren't any suspension or steering components in the way...I was planning on doing a test fit to make sure the 15X8's will fit at all but I guess I won't know if I need spacers until I buy new tires...

Ditch the 15's altogether and look for 16x8's with 4"BS...slap on some 285's and be done. Tundra brakes next? can't do with 15's.
Aluminum or steel...

There's a few sites to order from.

So I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the wheels. A couple days after I got the wheels I went to Goodyear to get my current tires installed on the new wheels. It just so happened that they had a set of 33X12.5R15 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's that they were trying to get rid of and of course I couldn't resist! I ended up with 4 amazing tires for about $1,000. I haven't gotten a chance to test them off road yet but so far they have been amazing!
Enough explanation, on to the pics
