V6 3.4 2001 with 4.10 35in tiers (sub to thread to stay intouch)
So i just put a 6in RC lift on my 2001 yota and it was pretty fun (cuttingmyframeapart), however i wanna know if ill still beable to use 5th gear with 35in tiers 4.10 gears and while have the 3.4 v6. Anyone who has had this set up, please get back to me as soon as possible. im just wondering how power is going to be. i know with 33 it wont matter but im trynna fit it without "pushin it" if you know what i mean.

UPDATE: I found out. Its not that bad. Still beable to pass people in 4th going over 60mph, dosnt take to long but its def a lil longer then she use to be lol. 35 rubs a lil bit going to throw on some bushwackers. However i do see my self gearing to 4.56 in the future just cuz it would be neat to have it closer to factory. Here is what she looks like thou! (atm)
So i got the fender flares on. Had to cut a 1in all way around (1in on both sides in the bed of the truck). so if you enjoying cutting up ur nice rig then putting bushwackers on is for you. But besides that this post will be me putting in 4.56 gears in the 7.5clamshell and the back so called 8in aswell (whatever you want to call it). I went to randysdiffwizard.com and found the gearing from that website which is very easy to use and find what you need. I got some yukon gears front and rear of course. Ill post pics and show how unconvient it will be for me to have to pull my front diff agin after putting the lift on lol. but you can shortcut it kinda by just taking out the support...blah blah blah. ill update when i get time.
Also! i added 2in shackles cuz the rough country lift i put on sagg'ed super hard about 3 in lol. They only give you a 3 in block for the back and extend lines so i went on line and bought some shackles and 550lbs spring helpers which made my ride not top heavy feeling.
This is what my current build looks like. (added 5in powdercoated iboards as well, stonger then i thought it was gunna be) BushWacker Flares with 35in tiers

Reason: Forgot to add that i ended up have to get 2inshackles cuz the lift kit was sagging.
Im moving my thread to the 95.5-2004 Tacomas &96-2002 4Runner (Build-Up Section) for the reason im turing this into a build and more of just about tires! But when i get the gears in ill let you know the differnace form the 4.10gearing with 35'swill post link when posted!
