Which Tire and Size

I need opinions and input to help me decide which size and which tire i should get.

Quick rundown of the truck; 02 sport 4runner auto, 4x4, 3" susp lift, 1" body lift, arb in the rear, 4.88 gears, and im leaving the stock rims on, and will add wheel spacers if necessary. Its my daily driver and weekend explorer.

The tires im looking at are Nitto Terra Grapplers, BFG Mud Terrain KM2, Goodyear Wrangler MTR w/kevlar sidewalls.

Sizes: 315/75R16 or 295/75R16 or 285/75R16 for the goodyear because i didnt see a 295/75/16.

Any and all information/opinions is greatly appreciated.

Could you give us a ratio of what kind of driving you will be doing.
For Ex. 25% street 75% off road.

I've read a lot of good things about the terra grapplers. Since you will be doing almost half and half have you considered Nitto's Open Country All terrains? There a little more aggressive version of all terrains but not quite as aggressive as Mud Terrains so your freeway driving does not suffer.

Well in that case the grapplers got my vote. They seem to match up with your driving needs.

Goodyear Wrangler Silent-Armor if you want to be more comfortable and give up a little lug (and they have a killer snow rating), or the new MT/R Kevlar if you don't mind some noise but want monster durability and bite.

You buy a cheap tire you're going to get a cheap tire - it's the good shoe/bad shoe argument all over again. Just because it looks tough and has lots of teeth doesn't mean it'll hold up, or last. Those Toyos being used on race trucks are all project tires, same with Maxxis and Nitto. The street-app stuff is gum and string. The BFGs aren't bad but they give up a lot of drivability.

i've got nitto terra graplers in a 265/75/16 on my 92 3.4 v6 5spd open diffs. I've got 4000 miles on them and i love them so far. I was just out for the tuhuya run with nwt and didnt' get stuck once. Very little noise on free way. They've got my vote so far. Ask me in another 5000 miles I'll know more then.

No terras'
Go with a MT they are a little noisy but the look great and off road is outstanding.
I love my Procomps and they always have specials. The AT's have 50k warrenty,
The mts are nice and aggresssive for a good price. The xterrain are really nice also.
