Switch tires?

I just bought an 06 Tundra DC 4x4 SR5 and the dealer put Dunlop AT20 Grantrek tires on in replacement of the Hankook dynapro atm's that were on the truck. When I picked up the truck and got home the old Hankooks were in the bed (under the Leer Tonneau that I don't want). The hankooks have slightly less than 1/4" of tread. Would it be in my best interest to put these back on and sell the Dunlops? I have no experience with either of these brands, I just feel that the Dunlops won't be as capable off road.
Any thoughts, experience?

The hankooks have good reviews id go with them if they arent trashed. Or buy the tires you want and sell the others...

Thanks. That's what I'm leaning towards. They are in good condition, just not new like the dunlops. The tread pattern seems a bit more aggressive too.

It seems that the issue has turned into a problem. One of the dunlops has developed a split in the sidewall. Looks as though I will put the hankooks on.

Not worth it...run the new tires. Kinda a waste to pay to swap them out and put on tires with such low tread.

Now...Id sell the dynapros on craigslist...and wait till you need new tires to replace again.

Thanks, but my last post pretty much kills that.

I would bring the truck back to the dealer and have him get you a new dunlop, it should be under warranty if truly new and not old stock. Look at the date code on the tire. If it is over 7 years old, they are junk.

The dealer put on the hankooks and I let them keep the dunlops. I wouldn't wish those tires on anyone.
