stock lift 96 4runner with 17x9 4.5 back space

stock lift 96 4runner with 17x9 4.5 back space
I have a chance to get a set of 17x9 with 4.5 backspace American Eagle alloy wheels ( series 063 black/aluminum) on 285/75/17's. I'm running 15x10 with a 3.8 back space now. I'm concerned about the 4.5 back space, will they fit okay? Rub anything?
