New Goodyear MTR w/ Kevlar

Looks a little more like an aggressive all terrain- a type of tire that is sadly rare.

I bet the 32X11.50R15LT would fill up the wheel wells on a stock susp rig pretty nicely.

I'd hit it!

Is the sidewall raised? or is it the tread on the outer edge of the sidewall?

I'd run it, if the price was right...

A lot of the sizes upgrade the load from "D" to "E" from the old MTr. Dunno if I like the look of it.

It doesn't look like it would clean mud out well with that strip down the middle. I guess we'll have to see what the early adopters say about it. I'd like to hear how they do in sand, mud, and then on rocks.

Ditto....crazy design and something about it just looks off. I think I'd have to see em mounted on someones rig before I give my final input.

My truck is sitting directly in front of me in the parking lot. I have a huge window looking out onto it. I keep looking at the tire, then my truck, then the tire, then my truck, etc lol.

Any idea when they're supposed to be out?

EDIT: Nevermind. Next month

Well what size are you looking for? If you want a 33x10.50, then your choice is easy...the MTR doesn't come in that size.

I think I ran across a thread on this tire on Mud and everyone thinks they are going to be very similar concept to the KM2 in regards to how the tread pattern alternates with a couple extra large sipes in there for extra on-road mannerism. The tires are supposedly not a directional tire, but they do only mount one way, and that's with the white lettering OUT, no thanks.

Who cares how they look, you can't see the tires while you're driving.

I'm more interested in how they perform. The tread pattern looks like a winner to me, but I don't know about the compound.

Funny, kevlar was in the old Goodyear MT and good 'ole KM2 is a new design.

I know what you meant but I just thought it was a funny play on words.

I run the old Goodyear MT's and hate the look of the new ones, but that's just me. If you get them I would love to know how they handle. I am concerned that they would not clean out that well, but I'm thinking they have better on road manners.
