I have 32/11.50/15r BFG T/A KO tires on my '99 4runner. My question is, car I fit them on a 16" rim since I want to go with bigger rims to do the tundra brake upgrade but the tires are fairly new. I just don't know what it'll do to a T/A tire or any tire. I know slimmer tires on a wider rim is called "stretching" from my s14 and bmw.

I want bigger rims for a tundra brake upgrade but my tires are at 85-90% tread. And hey, I'm only askin', before I go off and drop a pretty penny on 33s when by some chance there's other options.

I would just try to acquire some take-off wheels from a 4Runner or something with 16"+ wheels and tires that will fit. Install your brakes and then later after you recoup $ from your old tire setup you go buy new tires.
