Question Bridgestone REVO's - what's a good price?

I stopped in to the Firestone store today and asked for a quote for some new Dueler REVO's in 265/70/16 and the installed price was..........$825!
There's NO WAY I'm spending that kinda cash for 4 tires!
What have you guys found to be a decent price?

Man,I got my Nittos out the door with everything for under $700 and these tires rock but I'd think you should be able to get a similar price, mounted and balanced for a set of Revos and that would be in the bigger 265/75 size.

Just checked TireRack.....Their price was $585 for JUST the tires with shipping...I'm going to have another hundred in dismount and mount & spin balancing.....dang near $700!!! I'm not used to spending that kinda cash for tires!
I guess I'm having a reality check and I'm not liking it!

Your local Firestone should price match. Print out the best price you can find and take it to them.

Go back to Firestone and check out the Dayton Timberline A/T...1/2 the price of Revos and still a very nice tire imo (I just went through the same dilemma as you last month and decided on the Daytons...no regrets, a great tire for the price). Of course, just my .02

when I bought my 265/75/16 REVO's I was charged about that much but it included lifetime alignment.

The lifetime alignment was $150 alone. Don't forget tax is included in that price as well.

I bought the same size 3 years ago off Tirerack and had them installed locally. My total was about $600 plus change. I'd think that you can probably get a deal in the $600 neighborhood. BUT, check out the Firestone Destination LE's and AT's. They also have the silica in their compound. I have the LE's now which were almost 1/2 the price of the REVO's and find them 1 notch below the REVO's after 30,000 and 1 winter of driving.
