Looking to buy some inexpensive 15x7 black rims/mags for my 90 Toyota PU 4x4 (will run either P235/225 75 15 tires). Truck is driven in the MN winter, lots of snow and salt.

Discount Tire has the black steel Unique 297 . Jegs and Summit have the black Cragar Soft 8 and 342 Series Black D Window. The correct offset is still confusing.

Anyone have experience with buying good quality rims at an inexpensive price (<$75.00 ea)? Best source?? Correct offset??? Thanks
