All new MT's are very quiet, so for now it's like rolling on silk pillows in the sand. However, the more trail and chop they get, the louder they get.

I was so used to my worn MTR's that these are amazing. Generally, I am driving with all the windows down and radio on... so I am the last one to ask about road noise unfortunately.

I ordered a set of 33x12.5 15s about three weeks ago at the 4wheel parts show in Georgia. Got them for $155 a piece and free mounting and ballancing or shipping. They said they would call me when they came in, and I CAN NOT WAIT!!!

I'll post up a review. I've put 15k on them and roughed them up good. Elvota, I miss when they looked like that!

Always amazes me how nice my 4Runner rides with new tires. Will be a fun sensation (while it lasts). Hopefully will hit some trails this weekend and let you guys know my impressions as time goes along.

For reference, I am swapping to these after having good luck with Goodyear MTR's of the same size.
Elvota how many miles did you get out of your Goodyears. im debating wether to get the MTR's or the KM2's and millage is gona be the deciding factor. i have about 39k on my procomps muds so far and their looking pretty sad right now.

I'm betting they'll do worse. Toyo M/Ts are supposed to be better than most muds. Look at the Trxus MT, Maxxis Bighorn or Treadwrights with Ultragrip.

Son just bought a set of these in 15/12.50-15 from Discount tire in Auburn, WA

They should be here Friday the 26th. These will replace his 35/14.5 SSR swampers.

I'd guess around 40k... but I always forget to track that sort of stuff. I do get out on the trails as much as possible and they did great against chunking and fighting rocks. I think my main issue was lack of rotation through forgetfulness.

For a MT, 40K is pretty good, IMHO.

I own a set of 32 11:50 BFG Km's, 265 75 BFG At's and I just bought a set of 255 85 BFG Km2's. The AT's are the quietest on the road, thenthe KM2's and then the KM's. Mileage follows the same pattern. Traction and offroading I really like the KM2's then the KM's and then AT's. I paid $203. a tire from VIP for the KM2's. hope this helps.

haha...thanks

the bed was there when i bought it about a year ago. i thought about cutting it down for better clearance, but the most offroad it will see right now is the beach, so it won't be in the way. and, i can put a lot of bulky stuff in the bed, no problem. great for moving and tailgating at football games.

Those prices were off the discount tires website. I would've had to go stateside to grab them.

My local tire shop was able to get me some 33x10.50x15 pretty quick, so I grabbed them and slapped them on my truck. As soon as I re-center the steering (I moved my axle forwards, stock height + linkage) I'll wheel them and see how they feel compared to my worn out 29x9.5 sport king tires

To those that have the KM2s, how have they performed in the snow/ice? They don't look like they would be very good but looks can be decieving.
