BFG's are wonderful. The muds are great offroad, a little les sgreat on the road, and not so hot in hard pack snow and ice, they seem to do okay in deep snow though...

i have never heard anyone conplain about mud terrain tires period. i know that they're hard to find, but kelley makes a cheaper MT that works just as well as BFG's. they might be out of business now though, i'm not sure.

I ran a set on the ranger I had.. I loved them.. I got them when they were half worn out.. the sides of the tires still had some decent meat on them and thats all i really needed.. They ride sorta crappy on the road, and can be pretty slippery when its wet out.. But for what you get off-road and the mileage you can get out of them id say are well worth it.

This isn't really the right place for this...

but I have mostly heard good things too, you won't be disappointed. Especially if you are getting a good deal on them and you need a DD tire.
