Best size tire/rim package?

Alright guys I'm sick of my wobbling problems with my old wheels and tires. I've rebuilt from the pads into the middle of my truck. The truck is a 95 by the way.
I need to know the biggest wheel and tire package I can put under there, without rubbing. Also bear in mind I drive this truck daily its in the woods or pulling my boat out of the water 10% of its life. Meaning mud tires are out, they would wear to quick, the vibration and sound would not be worth although they'd look great.
I'm thinking an all terrain thats fairly wide and tall would do the trick.
Also the truck is Garnet Red, so I'm thinking either black rims or chrome. Any thought and input would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking on natltire.com. For some combo's. Also how much Lift is on the truck or is there any at all. What other mod's are on it. What do you plan on doing with it. These are questions that everyone is going to ask you.

Search and you'll find tons of good info on this topic, but I'll give you my opinion.

33x10.50x15 BFG AT's & 15x7 black Cragar Soft 8's sounds like a nice choice

Note that you're tires may stick out a hair with that combo given that you don't appear to have the wheelwell trim...if you care.

No lift and don't have the need for one .I can manage down hear without a lift, they're really just for looks where I live and this truck aint gonna get me laid with a lift. When I need it I've got a home made snorkel and exhaust kit that I pull out of the back. My friends pretty bad ass with pvc pipe.
I'm not knocking you guys that have em, we just don't have a need for em on the coast, not much rocks to climb.

I just looked those up N8 and that is exactly what I was thinking. Those are incredible cheap too. They also have the center caps to cover my rusty hubs up.

I have only run 31x10.50's, 33x12.50's, & 35x12.50's basically because I'm too cheap to buy some nice new 33x10.50's or 255/85R16's. Plenty of people on here run the 33x10.50's with no or minimal rubbing, but not me personally.

I will say in my 94 w/ V6 & 5-spd my mileage took a big hit moving up to the 33x12.50's and then eventually the 35's - but I didn't regear either.

33x10.50 is just a nice size for these 2nd gen 4runners especially if you don't want to lift it. The trick is to keep stock-ish offset & backspacing which will keep them out of your fenders/etc.

N8 my truck is an automatic so I wonder how that would play with 33's. Also I would really like to get the wobbling and shakes gone so that just once I knew what it was like to drive me truck over 55 miles an hour. Its that bad seriously.

That wobble is in the wheel you're running. I already saw the thread about it and that was the determined problem. Go with some Toyota wheels that you like and then pick a tire that you want to run. I picked up a set of BFG A/Ts they're more mild mannered than mudders and they grip well on the trail. I have a 3slow and auto trans and went to 32"x11.5" and there was no real difference in power to the pavement. It's truly about preference, the wheels need to be what you want. Just use the Craigslist thing in auto parts or go on ebay.

I'm not being a dick, but I worked that thread all day to learn the problem. The only thing diagnosed was that the off back spacing of those rims were causing it to rub in the back of the fender. Did I miss something and a vet. also diagnose the wheels as causign the shimmies? The only thing I can think is that the wheels are not right due to the whole "hub centric vs. lug centric" thing.
Are you saying I cannot use the cragar black rims rec. by others.
