Saw this posted over at IH8MUD's camping section.
Who needs matches or a cook stove, this flashlight is 4,100 lumens, and it will start a fire and cook your eggs for you.

That's a good way to ruin an expensive emitter even if it regulated or not.

edit: Just saw it was a halogen bulb!?! No wonder the battery life is only 5 MIN!!

Battery life is too short to be useful... also that much light can damage someone's eyes...
