It's the light from the train signals hitting the trees. There is a green and red splotch.

That's tough to do IMO. I've taken lots of pictures of my buddy's band inside dark bars and I think it's tough to get the picture to look the same as what you're shooting. I don't like to use the flash much because it won't show the colored lights as well and just looks weird, setting it to a slightly longer exposure means the band has to be still or they will be blurred, and setting the ISO higher will be a little more grainy. You've taken a great shot without any of the drawbacks I've encountered.
