Wiring nightmare
Ok guys new to the group. Have a 90 model 4runner with a 96 model 3.4 swap.Looking to get rid of some of the mess since its a rock crawler and I dont use have of it.Wanting to get rid of the keyed ignition but noticed theres about eight wires and Im sure some are not being used. Does anyone have a copy or info on what the wiring diagram looks like? Any leads to websites or anything else would be extremely grateful. Thanks a bunch!

What I do on any swap is get The Toyota Electrical Diagrams For the Vehicle and the Donor engine Vehicle.
Makes any Wiring simple just time consuming !!
I won`t work any other way to Frustrating

You can get your ewd's here https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfo...arch_docs_page
It's something like $20 for 24 hours access. To be safe, I'd grab them from the years of your donor and recipient, as well one year on either side. I had wire colors from a 2000, but the plug and pin #'s came from a 2001
