Rear heater hoses...gotta be a better way

Ok I have had my swap done for probably 12 years now. I've had a minor coolant leak at the back of my motor for a while now, and since I am finally doing the URD upgrades I figure it's time to get that taken care of. I have to pull the S/C to swap back in the stock injectors.

I have the rear seat heat and those rear hoses are a rats nest. I'm not sure if everyones is that way, but I figured I would tap the knowledge base of Yotatech and see if someone can steer me in a better direction.

So can I please see some pics of how you did yours? Here are a few basic pictures of how mine looks.

Those worm clamps always leak on heater connections. Use constant tension clamps like Toyota used from the factory. They evenly apply pressure.
