Please help clutch priblem

Ok guys I have a 3.4 swapped 89 pickup with 99 3.4. I use 3.0 clutch ( wish I didn't) but I have a problem with my pedal my clutch is new iv went through 3 master c. And 2 slave c. Still I have the rod on master c adjusted all the way out and have to push pedal all the way to floor very hard to get it to barley go into gear. When I push the clutch the little u that clips to the pedal doesn't move but inside of it (where rod threads in) moves the rod is secure its inside the clip that moves is that a problem or do I have a pressure plate problem. I don't think it's a throw out barren (no noise) please help... by the way changed the clip on end of master c and it worked for a while now it quit
