FP wire goes to COR. the other side get's power from relay, and the FC wire is what completes the relay side of the circuit to ground. This in turn completes the circuit for the +12v to the fuel pump, turning it on. The EWD clearly shows this.

It will not come on with the key in the on position. At lest the one I did today didn't either. Only when I went to crank position.

This is different that using an alternative ot the 3.4 relay. The 3.4 setup comes on in the on or start position.
I hate to quote myself but this is what you should do.

This should engage the relay. Did you check to see if the relay comes in the start position?

i could of swore thats what im doing?..im so confused lol i know i should just figure out the wire diagrams .. but i just dont get it..visuals are always better! this is alot just bare with me and id really appreciate it!

these are the wires that i cut off the harness plug and plugged into the FC pin on the ECM and the fuel pump wire i have going to the fuel pump.

or should i have spliced into this one for the FC...

...that comes from here?

now with the fuel pump i cut the blue wire off of the harness plug here ..

which it came from heree..

then spliced in together this wire from the ecm with the wire above..

and i connected it here with the blue wire im holding..

thanks for you guys hellping me! it really is slowlyy making me understandd better.

Don't cut any of the blue wires in the vehicle for the fuel pump.

Just take the G-Y(FC) wire from the ECM and hook it to the G-Y wire in the IH plug. Thats it.
