I have a 3.4 with '98 a340f auto transmisison. I have a rf1a gear drive case using Inchworm adapter. When I pull the trans lever back into 1st, it will not hold into first. I just shifts out like normal. This is very inconvenient on rocky declines. Any ideas?

 

There are several wires in the 3.4 wiring harness that you have to have wired in for L and 2. I forgot to do this and L would act like 1-2 and 2 would shift 1-3.
