5vz swap wiring help

Hello I a pretty new to the forms i am 20 and I just did the 3vz swap with the 5vz on my 1995 4runner with my dad, the donor car being a 1996 T100. Every went well and we put the car back together but i was left with the task of figuring out the wiring. l look everywhere on the internet for manuals, diagrams, or something that could help and surprisingly i figured out which wires needed to be put together. The issue is i am having trouble with is the fuel pump wiring, what we did to make the car run and drivable was we put in a secondary fuse box and ran a wire that has constant batt power and 12v power. i have identified each wire on each of the plugs but the 1995 3vz has a fuel pump wire that goes to the ecu but the 5vz has the fuel pump wired a different way, they are similar but one has a fuel wire going to the ecu but the other does not. the way we got the car to run and be able to drive it was by bypassing the circuit by putting the park neutral switch wire onto the 12v power wire. this made the fuel pump run constantly on the ON position and let the car run but the car needed to crank over 2 or 3 times before it would fire up. obviously this isnt the right way but it worked. however i want it to be right so thats why i am asking for help because if i cant figure it out i will have to order a wiring harness from off-road solutions and honestly i dont want to spend the money when i am so close.

these are my notes and the diagrams i used hopefully it will help
