3.4l wiring confusion

Before you ream me for another thread. I was searching but either searching wrong or possibly over looked the info I'm looking for. Electrical is a very weak subject for me. I'm already over whelmed and confused. I have an 01 Tacoma 3.4L was an automatic now its a manual 2wd. I am using the complete engine harness. I'm trying to eliminate the factory chassis harness. But it has 2 Plugs that plug into the ECM. I'm trying to figure out the bare minimum i need to get this to run. The truck is a desert race truck not a daily or street driven truck. So things like fuel pump will be on a toggle etc. I have the option at this moment to use factory key or switch to an aftermarket key. I know the start feature doesn't work on the OEM key for some reason so its had a push start button for years,

i need more information, you converted an 01 auto to a manual?

if you join techinfo.toyota.com its like 15 bucks for 2 days, you can download all the manuals and wiring diagrams. they will be in color to match the wiring in the truck
