im going to be swapping a 3.4l from a 2000 tacoma and was wondering besides motor, wiring harness, and ecm, what else i would need for the swap, my truck is a 91 v6 so i already have the tranny, i plan on doing the wiring myself, and was just wondering what else i am going to be needing from the tacoma?

 

try searching in the 3.4 swap forum for more info, i am starting to do a swap in the next couple of days, get all you can, ps pump,ac compressor,altenator,all vacume canasters, everthing that is pluged to the engine and then to the firewall getit if you can, get intake hose, maf meter, air filter box, also get the two o2 sensors if you can, get at least a foot of exhaust pipe after the flanges so after you fab up the crosspipe the muffler shop will have something to work with. oh the complete engine harness from a manual, and a manual ecm from the same truck, thats all i can think of for now.

 

yea i know all that stuff been researchin it for a month or more, do i need all the canisters and or can i use my 3.0 ones
