i will put up some picts soon.
the 3.4 has 120k on it.
we have been waiting and hoping his 3.0 would last the 2+ years that we have been looking for the right find. getting the taco trd exhaust and going to try to fit in the taco buckets and cd/tape player.
i think that i can use the factory r150f bellhousing from the 3.0.
the bigger pain of the thing will be making the exhaust dump on the drivers side and not the pass like in the taco. i will take picts as well of all of the modifications done to the exh, seats, harness and all.
here are some of the links that i have been finding:

THANKS BIG RON!!! that helps a freaking ton.
the cab was bad (big wrinkles on the floor and the top was bashed in where the telephone pole fell on top of it) he still has the doors and all of the interior minus the front seats. the elocker and computer.........tons of stuff for sale from new tires to rhino lined bed.
I printed up all of the wiring diagrams form the fsm link so i should be good for wiring.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY OTHER WORDS OF WISDOM PLEASE LET ME KNOW thanks again.

yea sorry about that. we started about a week ago and have only been able to work on it for like 20hrs. i am done working on the new harness for the 94 to work with the 02 motor with auto ecu. i will post up some of my info about that.
got the marlin 4.7s installed and inspected the r150 tranny. installed the gear driven tcase to the r150. built the heavy duty motor mounts, trevor is almost done with the crossover exhaust. tach is ready with the 10k resistor. tonight plan on some more on our list. we have until aug 5 to have it in running order for the opening of bear season. i will post up some picts later.
still have a bunch of things to do but that is part of the beast. should be able to get picts up tomorrow.

a little stuck on the evap. everything i have found for swap info was from the earlier 3.4s. my evap box is different from all of the other ones i have found on the other threads. scratching my head on how to set it up.
here is the one that i have:
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/2003/Repa...plasd/draw.pdf
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/2003/Repa...plasd/loca.pdf

here is the one from all the other swaps:
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/2000/Repa...ntrol/draw.pdf
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/2000/Repa...ntrol/loca.pdf

here is a pict that has helped but i have 3 vsv valves and 1 pressure valve (on the gas tank) and the older ones only have 2 and a pressure valve not on the gas tank.

any words of wisdom would be great

Have you looked at Elvota's thread? https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f160...4-swap-128285/
it was super helpful and detailed on the EVAP stuff. I ended up just figuring out the 98 EVAP since I would've had to do that for the CA referee anyway...

Do you have to smog where you are? I never bothered with any of the EVAP system and have been running fine.
