Getting ready to dive into to a first swap , I have a harness and ecu from a 02 taco I want to do the wireing to the truck diy the E 5 and E6 plugs on the ecu got me confused a little help please

 

helps to know what you truck you are transplanting into
was the donor stick or auto?
check previous threads, there are a few covering the pinouts

 

Sorry 1990 4X4 pick up manual trans ecu and harness from a 2002 taco manual 4x4 . Trying to figure out what the two extra plugs on the engine harness that are not hooked up to the ecu , and which wire are going to be needed for the dash thanks for the reply.


I have have been reading all post on the forum I think I can make the conversion wires myself .

Here's one pinout, but it's probably different from yours, and some of the pinouts are wrong. You really need a wiring diagram bud. Too much of a risk to just go off of whatever you can find here.
