3.4 engine swap need advise

I have a 95 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 with a 3.4 liter V6. It has a standard transmission with 375k. It has a blown head gasket so i am going to pick up a used motor from a 98 4Runner. It is a 3.4 V6 with 150k. The 4Runner has a Automatic transmission. Besides the flywheel that needs to be switched out, is there anything else that I need to be aware of when switching it out?

I believe there is something to do with the ECU, sorry don't exactly remember but think it has something to do with the Pin out.

Check some of the stickys and other threads,

the throttle bodies and wire harnesses to the engine are different. Swap the engine harness and upper intake manifold with throttle body.

You pretty much have everything you need from your original truck. You'll end up swapping your old stuff over to the newer motor so you won't have to do anything to the harness or ecu. Like Vital said, the throttle body and stuff. Besides that, the only thing I'd worry about is whether or not either of them have an EGR system.
