Hi all,

So I thought I had downloaded the entire mechanical and eletrical diagram manual off TIS a few months ago for my 93 4Runner but apparently I missed the EWD showing the two body harness diagrams (IH1 and IH2).

Any chance anyone has those pages saved that they wouldn't mind forwarding me so I don't have to drop the daily fee again?

The IH1 and IH2 plugs are in the overall wiring, engine control and possibly others. I mainly used the overall diagram with my swap.
PM me if you don't have those and I'll email them to you.

 

I too, almost exclusively used the overall EWD. I also have all the '95 stuff if you need it.

 

Thank you both for your response and offer on the docs. Looks like I do have the overall EWD for my 1993 so I'll spend some time getting familiar with them.

Just a tip using the overall wiring diagram. I used the search feature in adobe by typing in "IH1" and "IH2" and made a list of PIN number color code and functions for each plug. Then done the same for the 3.4 wiring and then matched everything up. Just how I done it.
I stared at pages and pages before I told myself I needed to organize it somehow.
Let us know if you get stuck on some or need help.

Edit. What year is your donor engine/harness? If its around a 2000 I could send you all my pin locations for a conversion harness.

 

Drew, any chance I can get the 1995 wiring data emailed to me? About to start a 3.4 swap but I'm intimidated by the wiring.

 

Does anyone have the overall EWD for a 1992 4runner or tell me where its hidden in the TIS files. I'm sure I downloaded all of the files but I can't locate the overall for the 1992 the 1997 was easy to find.

 

I don't remember exactly where, but it's in one of the folders under the "General" section; or at least it was with my 91 4runer EWD.

EDIT: There wasn't an overall wiring diagram for my 91, I was thinking of the 96 and 97 4Runner EWDs (but on those it was in the General folder).
