1990 4runner with a 3.4 swap alt problems

So, I am currently working on upgrading my alternator to a high output version purchased from ebay. Went to install and the 3 pin plug isdifferent.... the on eon the vehicle harness is a circular 3 pin with a "t" in the middle and the plug on the upgraded alternator looks like a standard toyota oval connector with 3pins.

Can someone get me a part number or any wiring info for how to make this work?
