Truck jerking when I let off the gas---solutions?

Truck jerking when I let off the gas---solutions?

Ok My Truck Is An 89 Pu 4x4 V6 And Sometimes When I Let Off The Gas The Truck Will Start Jerking I Think It Might Be A Bad U-joint Any Ideas? I Tested The Fuel Injectors And Replaced The Fuel Filter So It Is Not Them. Let Me Know

Define Jerking. Like is it surging? is it kinda more like a pop? Jerking is a little vauge.
