How about the recall?
What the deal with the 750,000 and counting toyotas being recalled.
The steering knuckes were dicovered to be scratched in the manufacuring proceses and toyota is recalling a bunch of trucks. Anyone know what up? Is it as bad as the Dakota and Durago steerin knuck problem?

No, I don't think as bad. Toyota found scratches on six ball joints from the maufacturer, but decided to do the right thing and prevent any accidents by recalling all the trucks and SUVs with the ball joints from that sub-contractor. Toyota was pro-active in their response while Chrysler was re-active, after people had died.
