Filler plug in M/T

what size allen wrench is needed to open the filler plug on my 95 V6 4runner manual tranny??

(im gonna need to buy a few replacements to replenish my collection of tools and i wanna make sure i get the right size)

For a second, I thought you were asking about the filler plug on a M/T (Mud Terrain)

OOPS! I have no idea what you would use..just thought I would post my ignorance.

It sounds like someone installed the low profile drain plug style that are normally used on Camry's in place of your fill plug. If that's the case, you'll need a 10mm Allen head wrench. Do they come stock like that on 3.0's? I thought they have regular bolts for fill plugs like the 4cylinders?

i was a little surprised when i saw that it was a hex bolt too.
