Correct fluids? Little help, please.

Correct fluids? Little help, please.
Well, I've had my 2000 4Runner for about 3 months now and since I have no idea what oils/fluids are in the engine, tranny or diffs, I am going to switch them all over to synthetics (probably amsoil).
Here's my problem. I don't have an owners manual (I can order one but havn't done so yet) so I don't know what viscocity or ratings I need to order.
Can someone give me a list of the correct products to use?
Engine is a 3.4L (non-supercharged), with a 5 speed and it's 4WD.
In case it matters, the truck is going to get 10-12K miles per year. I'm guessing 60% highway, 20% stop and go, 20% offroad. I'm in the PNW (very mild climate, no extremes either way).
