To all 2001 Tacoma owners
6 weeks ago i had a grease job and mobile1 oil change done on my 2001 Tacoma 4x4 at Walmart. The guy in the pit told me that my transmission mount bolt was ready to fall out and i watched him tighten it good and tight. Today i climbed under my truck and started to grease it and i noticed the same bolt was ready to fall out. Don't know why it's comng loose but you may want to keep a check on yours as well.
It's the bolt that holds the tranny to the crossmember on the mount on my 2001, 4x4 SR5, auto, 2.7L step side . Mike
