Hi there! I hope this is not a redundant post, I tried searching, but couldn't quite find what I needed.

I have an 85 22r I'm installing into my 83 pickup. I've got the 85 all cleaned up and ready to drop in, but I'm confused about the coolant hose routing. 1: the recirculation pipe is different on the 85, and I don't know where the extra outlets go to. On the old motor, the pipe is a big 'U' shape, and on the 85 there is an open section on the exhaust side. So I guess my question is, do I bridge that gap with a hose?
2: Can I use my 83 radiator? (I'm assuming I'll need different hose lengths/shapes and expect to custom fit)

In case it matters, the 85 has a Weber (32/36 I believe) already on it, whereas the 83 I pulled had the stock Aisan carb.
