I recently picked up a 04 TRD 3.4L 4x4 rolling chasis with a A/t to put int my 97 sr5 3.4L 4x4 with a A/t. I have been doing some research lately on the swap and from what I understand I will have to just use the long block and put my intake manifold and everything else on the o4 block. But for the trasnmission and transfer case I believe there is a few differences between the 97 and 04. I was wondering if u guys have any info on the swap thanks!
