Having a leaf-pack solid mount on the end of the frame horn causes extra strain in the corners ....every time you work that wheel from left to right over and over causes the frame to torque back and forth. The solution for you is to weld the cracks and then to BRACE the frame where the frontal cross-member meets....maybe some triangle plates....8" x 8"
Check your 3 main bolts that are holding the box to the frame.....the welds that hold the tubes thru the frame tend to crack also.
