t100 sas

I have a93 t100 and looking to do a sas so far i've heard the best option is a chevy dana 44 front axle which is the right width for the spring perches but not sure about the actual axle width. Any ideas out there? Any info would be very appreciated.

There is a hanger on his site for a full width axle.
That is a D60 under it.

I got a 1997 T100 and was wondering on how to do an SAS. My Differential gears just broke and I was figuring on just changing it to a straight axle. I know its a lot of work but i hear they have less problems? Any thoughts?

How to?

Research. Read. Read some more.

Cut off the IFS. Choose another suspension for the front and put a solid axle under it.

Red face

Just remember the T100 is Toyota`s New Coke

The frames are wider Then the other 4x4 offerings .

Not a whole lot of parts out there.

Given enough time and money anything can be made and done.
