I'm sure the neighbors LOVE that

make sure to sweep up all the metal off the ground so it doesn't leave rust stains on your parent's nice driveway since it's supposed to rain tonight. A shop-vac would be even better.

Axle and tires are on

well me and jeremy dominated and made massive progress today we hung the leafs put the axle on and put the tie rod and tires on. HOLY CRAP is this thing huge now hahaha my rim to fender measurement is 21 inches without the shocks on. Tonight im gonna finish the steering and tomorrow we'll get the hoops on and brakes dialed in and hopefully get the rear lift on.....the rear should be a cake walk compared to the front....anyway here are the pics.

jeremy welding

look at those beads like a slide of nickels

and here she is....

Nice work dude! about the same spot I am. I drove it today, minus shocks. It's sweet

I've got some adjusting to do on the steering and toe....and my brakes are still mushy even though I got all the air out, so we'll see.

That would be "dimes".

Looking good considering Jeremy is helping you and that you actually got it done in less than 3 years with his help.

PB Blaster is much better than WD40.

Tighten the puller. Hit the bolt on the pitman with a hammer. You might only get a 1/4 more of a turn after hitting the bolt. If it gets real hard stop and spray liberally with PB Blaster and let it soak. Wait a while.

Repeat.

It'll come off with some perserverance and patience.

a slap in the face AND a kick in the balls. . . nice Brian.

It may have taken three years but my first two pistons make more torque than all 4 of yours ( not talking about the PSD of course )

you should see the snot rockets they tried to call welds on some spots of his front hanger, guess you can't complain for free. . . or can you ? There's enough weld it shouldn't ever fail, but welding snobs do not approve

Brakes are done

well i got the brakes hooked up that didn't take long at all but i spent most of the mornin tryin to get that damn pitman arm off and i broke ANOTHER puller ......so i have to wait for jeremy to come over and we'll go get another one but before i get that done me and him can get the shock hoops done and the rear lift then figure out how in the world we are going to get that pitman arm off...i soaked it overnight with half a can of wd40 and then i hit the puller bolt with a hammer then tightened then did it again its moving but not very far....
