SAS Tundra
My truck has actually been done for a while, but I am new to this site and I figured it couldn't hurt if I posted it here. Its a 2002 Tundra that was sas'd back in January of 2007 and has gone through a couple of minor rebuilds to date. I live in Central Florida, so this isnt a rock rig by any means, but mostly used for mud and some trail use. Not to mention it is my DD. It has an Inchworm 2.28 Reduction box, Sterling 10.5" rear axle, Dana 50 front, 4.88 gears and 38" toyo mud terrains.

Here are a few off roading pics...

Very nice.
You should post some pics in the seven year anniversary thread.

I got my old 94 steering box all put back together from being rebuilt and tapped for hydro assist. I also got a brand new Howe 1.5"x8" ram for $75. I also got the mounts all welded up for the ram and now just waiting on the hoses and fittings from PSC. I also installed a stock power steering cooler off of a 2005 F-250 that I got for free. I will be doing the pump mod also to increase flow.
Got the box back together and the mounts all done for the ram. Just waiting on the hoses now.

There are quite a few SAS tundras out there. The guy that I bought my ram from has probably the most well built tundra. He competed in the Ultimate Adventure last year.

HazMat, what's wrong with mud?!
apimpdad.... how'd you like the thornbirds? i'm thinking about getting a set when my tsl's wear out.
they look like they'd be decent on the street and still pull good in the mud... am i right?

They ride like ass on the street and are mediocre in the mud. If I were you, I would stick with TSL's.
