recon for SAS need advice from folks in Hawaii
alright guys.. in a couple weeks when i take off of work im gonna start on my 4runner SAS project..i have everything needed to do it, and i'll be doing this myself
i was hoping to get some info on how to get recon and safety with a SAS, i've been hearing on hawaiis recon regulations you cant cut the frame and might have to do it under the table. Or would i need to get it done by a shop to be certified it was done right?
