Here's a little tech.
When doing the IFS Hub Swap on a Toyota front axle tap the calipers to 1/2" fine thread and drill the knuckles out to 1/2". Now you can mount the calipers to the other side of the knuckle.
Here's a picture of my new V6 IFS calipers 1/2" fine thread taped.

I'll get some more pictures of everything mounted later.

Looks like an awesome build but, I am curious on something.
If its going to be a dd (commuter) than why not do an e-locker in the rear as well as the front, would seem to be more street friendly than the aussie?
Maybe you know something I don't so thats why I'm asking, not knocking your build at all, I think its cool!
Also,if you didn't already buy them, you might want to reconsider the Summit wheels, I have black 185 series on my '93 and a friend had polished 185's on his Chevy. They aren't real beefy, are made in China (if that matters to you), and my buddy cracked one of his wheelin' around an old quarry (actually was the first time I saw a broken wheel in person), just something to consider.

Thanks on the wheels, I haven't purchased any wheels yet.

Haven't decided on the rear yet. My plan is to get the front done then work on the rear. I'll probably keep it spring over and use the stock leafs. We'll see.

I got my tie rod and drag link ordered today. I had to have the drag link tapped 21mm on one side instead of 23mm so it took some time to find someone who could do 21mm.
BudBuilt is making both of them and they should be here next week. Then the truck will technically be drivable.
Here's a picture of my FJ60 tie rod ends. This is what allows me to use stock steering arms and do Spring Under.
