more sas questions

ok im gonna b getting an sas kit im looking at running 33-35in tires shooting more towards 35s. also running a sbc 350 so my question is will the 3in springs clear 35s with a 3in bodylift? but also carry the weight of the v8?

i would go 5"HD.... they are designed for the weight of the heavy motor. if you want to go with the Trail-gear kit, let me know, i am a TG dealer and can hook you up

i cant say for sure... but to clear 35s with a heavy v8 i would be surprised if 3" was enough

If you have a 3" body lift as well then I think it would work fine. I can comfortably fit 36's with the 3" and no body lift.

Simply put, NO! the non HD springs won't handle the weight of a V6 much less a V8. Try it if you want but it won't. They are not built to take that weight and are advertised as such for a reason.

If you want 3" and a V8 you need to make a bastard leaf spring pack.

And you will need a body lift to fit a sbc in there, likely at least 2"+.
