knuckle studs

hey yall i searched to no avail. i am looking for the thread size pitch and length for the sa knuckle studs for hi steer. and before someone says call marlin or someone else i need them today. oh and can i use grade 8 bolts instead of studs like cap bolts torqued down real good. thanks in advance

bolts would be good for me i have seen kits that use them instead of studs just wanna see what you guys think. i would go this route now but figured i would find the size first then do bolts if i couldnt find studs

55 mm x 30 mm, 12 mm stud

Stud to Knuckle Casting - 12 mm x 1.25
Top thread (Nut Thread) - 12 mm x 1.00

Don't use bolts.....

when you say 55mm by 30mm what do you mean exactly 55mm long and 30mm ?

thanks wabbit im at my wits end here, need to get the truck outta the shop and home before the boss fires me. ill look for some studs later today. did some more reading and bolts seem like a bad idea now, but if i cant find studs today im going to have to use bolts temporarily

This thread is 4 years old, Nice job searching! Call your toyota dealer. They will have them. Probably cheaper than you think. Ive been very surprised with my local dealer lately for small stuff like this.

You can also probably get them at any hard ware store. Just take the non broken one with you to compare, Make sure to get grade 8 bolts.
